I really loved the spacious room that easily fit two open suitcases. The elevator was super handy for our bags. Plus, the free shuttle to the cruise port was a great surprise! The staff welcomed us even though we arrived after midnight.

dreams miramar is in a great spot, just a short walk to condado beach. the free shuttle service to the cruise port was incredibly helpful. we checked in late, but the staff got us to our room in no time. the family room was very comfortable and nicely air conditioned.

The hotel is ideally located near beautiful Escambron Beach, just a short walk away, and we were able to enjoy a great time exploring San Juan with the kids. The complementary transportation to the cruise port was a huge bonus, making our adventures easy and fun.

My kids wished for a better bathroom setup for their essentials.

Spacious Room and Helpful Amenities

Our stay was quite pleasant, especially with the room's spacious layout allowing us to open our suitcases without a hassle. The elevator was a lifesaver, considering we had to carry luggage to the fifth floor. Additionally, the complimentary shuttle service to the cruise port was unexpected and made our trip smoother. However, it would be great if the hotel provided more bathroom essentials, like washcloths and hand towels.

It was just a fine choice for a short staycation in San Juan with good price value. The staff was friendly and helped us easily find nearby places to eat late at night. Bring earplugs because it can get noisy outside.
